"Oh I Know" is a phrase used by Sybil Fawlty on one of my favorite shows - Fawlty Towers. I find I say it alot too!

Cadence doesn't cry very often, but if she does it is usually for some ridiculous reason.

    When Jared saw the second picture he said he wants to give her a big hug!!! She looks so sad :(
